Nikon Round Table

You are invited to a Nikon Round table, open discussion at Tuttle from 6:00pm until 7:30pm.
Bring your questions about Nikon gear as it is an open conversation. At the core, Jeff will have gear for people to look at and some images to discuss regarding some of the cameras, lenses and techniques he uses. If you are already a Nikon owner please feel free to bring your cameras if you have question about your camera.
Jeff Mitchell has been involved in photography for almost 50 years. He currently works for Nikon Inc as a Senior Account manager. Jeff has been a member of the Nikon team for over 20 years.
Jeff received his BA in photography from Columbia College where in addition to being a student, he managed the facilities and the Photo Teaching Assistant program. After leaving Columbia, Jeff pursued advanced education and enrolled in the MFA program at Syracuse University. He went to Syracuse on a full scholarship and he taught there while participating in their MFA program.
He shoots a variety of subjects and is interested in many aspects of photography. Currently Jeff’s subject matter revolves around his family and includes sports photography, Travel Photography and Wildlife.
Jeff is well versed in sports, wildlife, portrait and landscape photography and understand many aspects of Nikon’s system. He has a passion for helping people capture images in their life to preserve and share special moments.
Currently, Jeff is working on increasing his skill and abilities to capture moments in video. The Nikon Z system is an excellent tool for adding video to the story telling process and he is embracing that option and working to learn more about that medium.
